, the Pointe’s favourite Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, is launching ‘Bubbles & Brushes‘ on Wednesday, 28th July.
il Passaggio welcomes all enthusiasts to Bubbles & Brushes, a monthly event full of exciting time, food, drinks, and creativity. The restaurant is led by a talented artist, the evening includes dinner, bubbles and all the materials required for budding artists to create a masterpiece which can be taken home at the end of the night. After the art class, guests are welcome to take in the views of Palm Bay while tasting il Passaggio’s Mediterranean cuisine.
The set menu includes a selection of handmade pastas and pizzas, such as the Linguine alla Puttanesca (olives,
capers, shallots, herbs & tomato sauce),
Prawn Ravioli (Mascarpone, parmesan & confit tomato) and Vegetarian Pizza ( grilled eggplant, capsicum, zucchini, rocket, tomato sauce, basil & mozzarella). Guests can craft delicious flavoursome dishes by simply asking the ingredients. Il Passaggio serves bespoke blends that are roasted with care and gives a unique flavour. The team also provides a rich aroma to a memorable coffee experience. They craft new creations daily with fresh ingredient in their menu. They serve homemade pasta; from Tortellini, Penne, Rigatoni and Macaroni. Bakery prepares artisanal breads, fresh croissants, pastries and viennoiserie along with well crafted selection of sweet and savoury pastries to eat in or take home. Combine passion for baking with knowledge and skill. They embrace creativity and respect seasonality.
