Hatta Heritage Souq and Motel is a regional heritage market offering miscellaneous services. The project is an Idol heritage & Tourism Monuments that embrace Hatta heritage and activities taking inspiration by the Architectural traditional of the region.
The Project was completed on 2018, the green motel, is a market or Hatta under Dubai Municipality with the total built-up area: 6,000 square meters. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Dubai Municipality, has approved the Hatta Heritage Inn and Market project.
Tourism in Dubai’s village Hatta has got a revamp with the Dubai Municipality’s project to build a “green” motel and heritage market getting approval. The souq and motel consists of Two Floors G+1, the design has been the emphasis on the traditional identity of the region. The project contains more than 50 shops on the ground floor and 30 plus restaurants in addition to the tourists Motel including 2 special suites for families.
Located on the main road between Hatta and Oman in an area of 92,500 square feet, the Hatta Heritage Souq and Motel has direct view of the valley adjacent to the building and beautiful surroundings form the ground floor of the building. Other amenities such as prayer rooms, toilets and administration office are also on the ground floor. The first floor comprises a multipurpose hall, 32 hotel rooms and two suites that overlook the neighbouring valley. From many of the hotel rooms, visitors can enjoy the whole view of the market through the corridors opened directly to the market on the ground floor. A total of 100 cars can occupy the parking area in the market and a special parking area is allocated for tourist buses.
