Popular and family-friendly Thai eatery, Fuchsia Urban Thai has various schemes launching weekend menu that promise to bring not just some interactive fun to traditional dining but also with some innovative dishes. Fuchsia Urban Thai has two locations, one in Bay Square and another in Barsha Heights. Both of these locations are equally popular and favourite dish are the red or green curries.
Their classic rendition of these well-known Thai dishes, with plenty of flavour and a good spicy kick. Along with classic Thai dishes, diners can expect to sample breakfast staples with a Thai twist – such as avocado toast with tofu curry and chia seed pudding with mango labneh and dragon fruit.

Alongside the à la carte menu, the diners can also have three different interactive stations. They have “make your own dim sum station” where diners can choose their own fillings – chicken, prawn or vegetables – and colourful wraps. The Fuchsia team is always willing to be on hand to help so diners can get ready to be taught in the art of dim sum.

They can customize any fruity concoctions with assorted add-ons including tapioca pearls and chunks of fruit. For the families, Fuchsia Urban Thai is great as they allow bringing the little ones along as there’s a dedicated kids’ area, a special menu, origami sessions and colouring books to keep them entertained. Fuchsia Urban Thai offers fresh food, delicious and full of flavour. The menu offers everything diners would wish for, from classics such as papaya salad to the more unusual likes of lemongrass chicken wings with chilli jam marinade.
