family-favourite Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has now landed in Dubai. This is its first international branch opening up in The Dubai Mall earlier this month and a second branch has already opened its doors in Mall of the Emirates.
Just as the name suggests diners can get ready to sample frozen custard treats and cooked-to-order steakburgers alongside other ’50s-style-diner-inspired dishes. Their menu highlights include the all-beef hot dog, chicken tenders, a belly-busting-sounding double steakburger with beef bacon and cheese, while vegetarians can enjoy a veggie burger. Side dishes include Freddy’s fries, along with a cheesy variation, and onion rings, while little ones can choose between five different options on the kids’ menu. 
The choices are between 19 different toppings and mix-ins ranging from brownie bites and hot caramel, to cookie dough and peanut butter. The American restaurant concept plans to open five more locations in the UAE in the next 18 months. Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is co-founded in 2002 by brothers Bill and Randy Simon, and their friend and business partner, Scott Redler, the three men named the restaurant after Bill and Randy’s father, Freddy Simon, a World War II veteran. Freddy’s restaurants from coast-to-coast serve a menu reminiscent of the all-American meals Freddy prepared for his family.

food without a long wait doesn’t mean the meal has to be cooked before it is ordered. Right from steakburgers to sundaes, Freddy’s makes food fresh after clients order for it because they believe in serving best quality they deserve. Diners who are looking for something sweet tooth will be thrilled to hear that they can create their own sundaes, shakes and ice cream dishes.
This is a family-friendly joint, the dishes are pocket-friendly one too with kids’ meals varying from Dhs24 to Dhs26 and burgers ranging from Dhs17 to Dhs24.
