Food District Palm Jumeirah has opened a ground floor setting that features homegrown specialty coffee roasters Boon Coffee and Silk Gelato. The décor is casual, rustic and industrial style, with an exposed ceiling, and there is enough natural light in the venue. A number of different dining sections provide seating along with counter setting to watch the chefs in action. The first floor terrace also offers lounge seating tables. The first floor encompasses of eateries such as Get Plucked, Bite Me Burger, Dibba Bay Oysters, Reif Japanese Kushiyaki, Smöl by The Lighthouse, Tandoornari & Wok Tales, The Roost, Wingsters, Sticky Rice and Bramble Bars.

Food District’s Dubai-based chefs, restaurateurs and food entrepreneurs have come together under one roof. The setting is created by the brains behind Depachika Food Hall – the first of its kind in the UAE. The new one-stop, dine-in food market offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, also serving wine, spirits and cocktails from the specialty vendors, each with their own booth.

They also offer food take-out through Deliveroo is also available. Customers can scan QR code menus to pick dishes, paying at the respective vendor. The expansive indoor and terrace dining area is suitable designed with safety measures followed in line with Dubai Municipality’s Covid-19 health and safety regulations.
