Set up
in Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, this bar is cleverly designed, so that it’s a great vantage point in winter or summer. In cooler weather the floor-to-ceiling door-windows are opened to reveal a layer of tables set up all the way around the outside, while in summer guests can still enjoy the lounge indoors. Although prime space for a rooftop bar is outdoors, and in winter this is a top place to lounge into a sofa and take in the views of Burj Khalifa on one side and Dubai Creek Golf Club on the other, while sipping on a drink. Indoors the décor is stylish and is has the trend for a jungle feel. There’s also a pool table for those who fancy a competitive game with friends.
The daily 
happy hour offers discounts on drinks and delicious bar bites too, Eve boasts of Asian, Middle Eastern and Latin American dishes. Their popular dishes include tender prawn anticuchos, which are served on their own mini grill, while the edamame hummus is delicious classic Middle Eastern dip. The staff also offers a night brunch every Friday from evening with live DJs on a Thursday, where the party and fun kicks off the weekend.
