Mexican Eatery, CHINGÓN combines flavours, textures and techniques that are Mexican with influences from across Mesoamerica, or modern day, South America.
CHINGÓN is a celebration of all things Mexican and a modern interpretation of the culture and heritage of the various civilisations and people. CHINGÓN takes its influences and inspirations from the first Olmec empire that formed along the Gulf of Mexico in 1200 BC, The Zapotecs who settled the Oaxaca Region in 700BC, The Maya who cultivated the Yucatan Peninsula in 250 AD and the Aztec who built their capital in what is now Mexico City in 1500 AD.
The Music 
Program conducted here consists of a number of regional influences, from Latin Jazz through to Bossa Nova and Brasilera Beats in the early evenings through to Tropical Deep House incorporating South American drumming and Amazonian tunes played by some of Dubai’s TOP DJ’s. The lavish food menu in CHINGÓN reflects a number of Mexican ingredients, sauces, salsa’s and marinades that have been adapted and skillfully combined to create a colourful food experience. Their portion are large for one, diners can have their offering in the traditional family style dining, for a true culinary journey. Mexican cuisine is a lot more than Nachos and Burritos, the menu showcases a raw bar selection of crudo and tartare, seafood tostadas and 
tiradito’s, traditional Infladitas, Tamales and Flautas sit next to Grilled Octopus, Whole Roasted Baby Chicken and a selection of both vegan and vegetarian options.
The cocktail program focuses on Tequila and Mezcal. The food menu in CHINGÓN reflects a number of Mexican ingredients, sauces, salsa’s and marinades that have been adapted and skilfully combined to create a colourful food experience. Chingón is a contemporary Mexican with views of Downtown Dubai.
