American steakhouse – Chicago Meatpackers was born in the west loop of Chicago—and more specifically, the union stockyard. At Chicago Meatpackers, the team practices this time-honored American tradition as a no-frills, back-to-basics steakhouse with a passion for extraordinary meat. At Chicago Meatpackers, they believe in simple done well, serving nothing but the best hand-selected cuts of USDA Prime, cooked to perfection and never overdressed.
Located at The Pointe on The Palm, Chicago Meatpackers is two-stories with extensive indoor/outdoor setting. The lower floor features a traditional dining room and open kitchen, perfect for families and casual get-togethers. The top floor welcomes clients to a buzzing bar where a variety of grape, hops and cocktails can be enjoyed. The second floor also offers a dining area of booths and high-tops. The outdoor patio extends from both top and bottom, creating two distinct vibes between the floors. Uninterrupted views of Dubai’s famed Atlantis hotel can be admired from any point in the restaurant.
Chicago Meatpackers was inspired by the Union Stock Yards in Chicago and the rich tradition of the Meatpackers districts across the United States. Since 1987 Chicago Meatpackers combines meat packing knowledge, heritage and skills with contemporary hand cut meat craftsmanship. It is through this combination of skill and art that are dedicated every day to create for guests offering grill restaurant experience for all guests. Grilled craft steaks, premium bbq ribs and authentic hand-made gourmet burgers are fresh and delicious. Drinks served vary from beer to whisky and unique cocktails from the worlds most famous recipes.
Th beef served at Chicago Meatpackers is exclusively sourced from the United States and gas-fired lava stone grill providing steaks the unmistakable flame-kissed-taste.
