The new man-made ‘Love Lakes’ are located near Al Qudra Lakes.
Right from palm tree-shaped islands to entire islands that looks like a map of the world, Dubai has remarkable features when it comes to man-made feats. Now it’s one more adding one more attractive structure to that list.
Unveiled by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council for Dubai Government, the new site has trees planted that spell out the word “love”.
The massive place can even be seen on Google Maps with the shape of the two hearts, right next to The Last Lake of Al Qudra. It can be easily found either, as signs have been set in Al Qudra pointing to the romantic spot.
It’s not the only heart-shaped honeymoon island, another is being planned to open at The Heart of Europe. Dubai city has also recently opened up the highly anticipated Bluewaters island near JBR.
For those who are looking for romance – or to get that Insta-snap – a trip to Al Qudra is a must.
