Inspired by a team passionate for great food, music , art , design and the culture that surrounds it. Cassette is a creative hub located in the industrial and yet contemporary and cool Al Quoz. They serve great food, coffee and vibe to diners.
Their menu takes a ‘Modern Parisian Direction’ to create an authentic and captivating story, presenting creative and skillfully
curated preparations that evokes subtle hints of french familiarity in their flavour. But taken international in order to still welcome an assorted range of diners and tastes. Right from healthy dishes to small bites and comfort foods, Cassette has for everyone, whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner. The space ultimately creates an accessible and relaxed quality led experience.
The setting set up within-a-neighbourhood is already home to famous theatre space The Courtyard Playhouse, and The Collective – a lovely little enclave of boutique shops including Tribe, Georges Of Dubai, and Boston Lane.
Cassette is a spacious setting impressive for first-time restaurateur Haider Madani.
To assist with interior design Haider called in superstar design pros H2R Design. (These guys designed venues such as Parkers, Tom & Serg, and Symphony at Dubai Mall). The eye catching metal beams have been painted mint; fun Middle-Eastern-inspired prints adorn the walls; there’s a long L-shaped coffee counter in one corner and plenty of breathing space between tables. Despite the size, they’ve managed to make Cassette feel very comfortable and inviting.
Just as the name suggests, music also plays a very big part at Cassette. Special ceiling foam cushion surround sound has the cafes playlists that have been carefully curated. Service is good and the coffee, main dishes along with sticky toffee dessert are top hitters.
