Currently Burger & Lobster team are unable to welcome diners into their restaurants, so they have decided to offer delivery at home. In partnership with Goodman, Beast and Zelman Meats, the company has launched Prime Feast – a premium meat box that allows to recreate the Burger and Lobster experience in your very own kitchen.
Lobster tanks are all stacked from floor to ceiling really sets the theme for Burger & Lobster in DIFC, with deep blue tanks filled with dinner.
Opened on February 17, 2016 this seafood and burger restaurant is attractive and the setting includes the red brick walls, hanging lights, wooden floors and deep red leather chairs create an interesting and fun feel in the spacious DIFC restaurant. The restaurant has a combination of a relaxed and buzzing vibe. Burger & Lobster is made up of two dining areas: the main restaurant that offers a look into the kitchen, and a more warm and casual area full of high tables and a central bar.
For mains, diner can have the highly recommend the lobster rolls, or other dines. The Seven Samurai has huge pieces of fresh lobster meat tossed in Asian spices with a fresh and light mayonnaise. The bun is toasted, in a pan of full fat butter, which makes it all the delicious. With a little of spice, and surprisingly light, we’re not sure what to expect with the blend of cold lobster and hot roll. The truffle makes it delicious and the classic is a favorite too, stuffed to the brim with tender, sweet lobster meat.
Al the lobster fans can relish the grilled or steamed shellfish too, with a side of fries, salad and lashings of garlic butter. For the burgers, the 8oz original burger is not only special but comes served with B&L’s signature homemade sauce that is delightful. Diners must get the Beast Burger (or Baby Beast), seeing as it comes with a wealthy dollop of delicious lobster. Burger & Lobster in DIFC brand is well-known globally with its seafood rather than burgers. The place combines the two, along with its lively vibes and great service, and it becomes a great spot for post-work drinks or dinner in DIFC.
The story started on a London rooftop in 2011; four schoolmates came up with the simplest of ideas – a restaurant with just two ingredients – burger and lobster that are done well. Right from that first-ever Burger & Lobster, born in a small Irish pub in Mayfair. The team has grown nine restaurants located across London, as well as in New York, Dubai, Bangkok, Malaysia, Kuwait and Singapore.
Their mission is to make the most of quality ingredients – from the Nebraskan family-farmed beef that goes into prime burgers, the freshest Atlantic lobsters or the premium spirits for cocktails. Serving American cuisines and alcohol – diners can come casually dressed and have a gala time.
