Brambles Dubai is located in a hotel lobby it’s tucked away in Barsha Heighs, Citadines Metro Central Hotel Apartments. The interiors are attractive with pastel pink walls and Insta-worthy cushions giving this restaurant a laid-back feel. Seats are placed right by ‘The Market’, the fresh salad bar. Vegans and vegetarians have various choices here. The nomad tacos and sweet potato and kale frittata are most ordered here. Packed with flavours, roasted sweet potato and crunchy red cabbage make a good meal. The tahini dressing and shakshuka sauce provide the ideal combination of spice and cream, too. For lighter bites, diners can go for the açai bowls, which are vegan and all are delicious. The cacao version is delicious, with the aloha bowl coming a close second. A vast selection of plant-based food with great taste, this is a great lunch spot.
Brambles afternoon tea time snacks are great, their set menu is available daily from 15:00 to 18:00 and you’ll have to book 48 hours in advance. Try out a choice of teas, jasmine and camomile taste and look perfect as they arrive in pink floral teapots. Even the food looks as pretty as anything. The desserts are a treat for the eyes. The small bites of protein-style balls and the PB and berry look pretty and taste good. A classic scone and an oat and coconut version is a must here, the flavours of coconut cream and blueberry jam is a real winner.
