BOCA is one of five restaurants from the Arabian Gulf featured in the global Truth, Love & Clean Cutlery guidebooks. These are the world’s first guides to truly showcase exemplary, organic, sustainable, and ethical restaurants. The team are recognized for their efforts in sourcing locally and collaborating with local and regional fishermen and farmers.
At the heart of 
BOCA is its Wine Cellar – a place for their sommelier-selected collection of more than 200 labels, highlighting the best of viniculture from old and new worlds. They made sure to highlight vineyards that are sustainable and biodynamic and produce organic and vegan wines. At BOCA they strive to keep sustainability at the core of operation. As dealing with climate change it becomes more pressing than ever.They have highlighted vineyards that are certified biodynamic and sustainable. BOCA also follows the recently formed International Wineries for Climate Action (IWCA – a joint initiative between Familia Torres (Spain) & Jackson Family Wines (USA)) closely. Wineries part of the IWCA have recognized the severity of the climate crisis and are committed to taking immediate action to help reduce the industry’s carbon footprint.
BOCA’s 
philosophy is to stand with regional producers, they continue to feature wines from countries close to home; Syria, Lebanon, Greece & more. Coravin is a state – of – the – art wine extraction system that allows to pour world class wines, not normally offered by the glass, without removing the cork. Their sommelier for this month’s Coravin selection and be guided to the cellar for a unique wine tasting experience.
