Amazónico, the newly opened Latin-American restaurant in DIFC, is throwing a tropical-themed evening with jungle-inspired entertainment, and best of all there’s no minimum spend.
This stylish destination is one of Madrid’s most-famous bars and restaurants, is all set to help see in the new decade with some South American flair.
Amazónico Dubai boasts the space spread in three floors, diners can take their pick from the ground floor lounge and sushi bar area, the first-floor main dining area or the rooftop for top views. Those looking to grab bite can pick from the à la carte menu, which features dishes such as marinated lamb kofta with a tamarind-yogurt sauce, sea bass, Brazilian rump steak prepared table-side, chocolate fondant with pistachio ice cream and caramelised pineapples. Lead by Chef Sandro Silva & Marto Seco, Amazonico serves an eclectic cuisine with a contemporary approach.
Born from the encounter of the Brazilian and Spanish culture, Amazonico gives a colourful and vibrant cuisine that is inspired by a rich culinary heritage. The place opened in 2016 in Madrid,Amazonico menu was designed by Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, who combine their skills to incorporate the core elements of Brazilian and Spanish cuisine and translate it into Dubai’s dining landscape. They have created a harmonious approach to flavours, skillfully prepared plates, each dish compliments the previous to create a flavourful experience for each and every guest. Enticing signature dishes include tandoori, sushi, black-bean hummus, and flame-grilled fish and Brazilian rodizio and the signature caramelized pineapples.
