Mediterranean-Turkish restaurant on the Palm – ALACA Dubai is a fine-dining concept. Taking inspiration from the ancient region of Anatolia, ALACA has opened on Palm Jumeirah’s The Pointe.
The fine-dining concept is helmed by popular Dubai-based chef Abdullah Korkmaz and the menu combines Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine. Created by Abdullah Korkmaz and Abdullah Mavis, together with the team – they are on a mission to “revive the culture of the ancient world”.
Creating beautiful stories with food, the team are confident and bold in trying out something different. ALACA is a restaurant where the boundaries of Mediterranean cuisine and taste have been redrawn. A restaurant that will take you to the ancient region of Anatolia, a place where all nationalities
and cultures can come together.
Deep set values, the place showcases heritage, history, food culture and memories, only the best quality is served here in a simplistic way and original history are at the core of everything.
The team takes everyone on the journey to experience a new culinary language that is exceptional and limitless. Alaca serves menu highlights including manti (fresh dumplings filled with beef), lamb roasted in ALACA’s signature sauce, calamari that is served in a sauce with squid ink, grilled octopus, and anchovies in olive oil, lemon and parmesan.
The terrace is great to sit out, for prime views of The Palm Fountain show. The restaurant is soon going to get its alcohol license and will serve an assorted range of faux mixed drinks, smoothies and non-alcoholic grape.
