Located 
at Burj Al Arab the Al Muntaha restaurant means ‘the ultimate’ or ‘the top’ in Arabic. The the panoramic lift travels at 6 metres per second – to the 27th floor offering a feel of being on top of the world!
Diners can tuck into lunch, Friday brunch or dinner. The new menu includes indulgent appetisers such as foie gras grilled and served with glazed cherries and fresh almonds, mint veloute on a sweet onion emulsion, and king crab with Amalfi lemon, caviar, and yuzu sour cream. With a number of new main courses including Maine lobster with saffron couscous and bouillabaisse emulsion, Australian wagyu sirloin with a duck confit potato and glazed shallot and capsicum relish, and white cod miso from Patagonia served with a pepper sauce and seasonal white asparagus. Semblat is a protégé of Jeol Robuchon and has won multiple Michelin stars for his previous restaurants in Paris, Macau, and Shanghai.
Offering 
feel of the nineties, the old fashioned charm with beautifully decked-out tables and retro blue and green mood lighting. The dimly lit room gives the venue a warm feel, contrasting ideally against the shining backdrop of Dubai at night. The venue of this restaurant is relaxed and sophisticated. The Al Muntaha restaurant gives a real feel of one of the world’s most iconic seven-star hotels. The staff are smart, polite, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Soft background music is good to maintain the chic vibe, but never overpowering to be noticeable.
Al Muntaha 
menu manages to stay elegant without being confusing. The dessert menu offers up a variety of choices to cater to everyone’s tastes. One can expect dishes along the lines of iced strawberry marshmallows and wild strawberry purée with coconut emulsion and granite. Portion-wise, Al Muntaha has a good spread. The restaurant serves up great food, and similarly stunning views. It’s a great spot for a romantic dinner with a relaxed and cosmopolitan aura.
