He was part of the pre-opening team of Trésind and Carnival by Trésind and sets out to create a blend of global ingredients and cooking styles. When he joined Passion F&B, Nath appreciated his vision and he said that was interested in opening a small space with not more than 50 covers. Nath admired his passion and decided to open A Cappella under chef Paritosh’s lead. A Cappella’s tapas-style menu features dishes from eight different nations, from Japan to the US, all with an Indian twist.
