Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) has showed a fun-filled calendar of events. The 18th edition of Dubai Summer Surprises begins on 23 July with a line-up of exceptional events and the most number of retail promotions in the region that is set to promote Dubai’s position as a year-round family tourism destination.
Launched under a sensational slogan”45 days Of Summer”, DSS 2015 is offering residents and visitors from around the world the prospect to relish a various events. There will be international celebrity appearances and shows to world premieres featuring internationally famous children’s cartoon characters, along with the summer promotions that will reward shoppers with millions of drihams worth of prizes.
Famous celebrities who will arrive in Dubai to be a part of DSS are Jaden and Willow Smith, Nancy Ajram and Arab teen star Hala Turk whereas global entertainment concepts such as Bugs Bunny, Tweety & Sylvester, Power Rangers, “Sonic the Hedgehog” and Gumball will be introducing their world premieres during this year’s family extravaganza.
