Zen Yoga

Zen Yoga offers combination of zen yogayoga and pilates classes that are suitable for all levels, and features instructors who are highly qualified.

The company also hosts many Workshops and Teacher Training courses – conducted by celebrated local and international teachers for all those students wishing to upgrade their practice and take it to the next level!

Zen Yoga provides its students with a diverse range of Yoga classes to choose from including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Jivamukti, Yin, Yoga Nidra and more. The company also offers a number of Pilates classes, that includes Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Tower – all are catered to students’ preferences. ZenYoga have moved a step further and provides regular Prenatal & Postnatal classes, Kid’s Yoga and Mummy/Baby classes. Zen Yoga also dedicates a substantial share of their schedule to ladies-only classes. For those who have never experienced a yoga and/or Pilates zen yogaclass in Dubai, or you’ve tried it once and didn’t like it, they can have a chance to give it another try go (or a second go) to see what Yoga and Pilates are really about.

Zen Yoga operates a spacious and welcoming studio environment in which students practice yoga and pilates. The studio is efficient and takes care of all comforts. They also follow some rules – students are expected to arrive at least 5 – 10 minutes before their session is due to commence. Late arrivals are not permitted to enter. If someone is booked for a class and are going to be late, they need to call ahead and let the receptionists know. All members who pre-book MO classes but do not cancel 4-5 hours before or attend the class will be charged the full amount for that class.

zen-yogaZen Yoga is a company that is based on mutual respect for others. All the students are expected to follow the same philosophy when they enter the studios. When students enter a yoga or pilates class, they are expected to sign on to “respect” the teacher for the next hour (and a half). The same goes for the reception staff. They are valuable members of the company and should be treated with respect and humility at all times.

For anymore concerns regarding practise, the running of the studio or questions regarding payment please contact the managers.
