Property deals in Dubai hit Dh120.6m |

 The total value of property transactions in Dubai last two days peaked at Dhs120.6 million, of which sales exceeded Dh41million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dh79.35 million, according to the Land Department.
A total of 10 sales were registered with the Department by the end of two days, the most valuable of which was a plot in Emirates Hills II that was sold for Dh22.218 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Barsha II acquired for the sum of Dh8 million and another in Al Barsha II for Dh2.2 million. The Al Barsha II area was the most active in terms of two day's sales, with some 2 transactions. Al Goze I followed it with 2 sales. During the period, Emirates Hills II recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dh22.22 million, followed by the Al Barsha II area, Dh10.2 million, and Al Waheda area, Dh1.9 million.
The biggest plot sold was the 46287.18 sq ft in the Emirates Hills II area, which went for Dh22.22 million. A 15000 sq ft plot in the Al Barsha II area was acquired for Dh8 million, while 10000 sq ft of Al Barsha II was disposed of for Dh2.2 million. During the period under review, 57 mortgages worth Dh76.85 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dh31.5 million for an area at Al Barsha I. There was another for Dhs6.14 million on an area in Um Al Sheif.
