Dubai Knowledge Village to Organise Fifth Annual Training Open Week

Most companies across the globe spend between 35 to 70 per cent of their recurring monthly expenses on people. The success or failure of companies in today's competitive landscape will hinge on the ability of managers to harness the untapped potential of their people, according to Scott M. Kaufman, Founder and CEO of Los Angeles-based Humantelligence LLC.
Kaufman will be the keynote speaker at the fifth Training Open Week to be organised by Dubai Knowledge Village, the region's premier destination for human resources management and a member of TECOM Investments' Education Cluster.
The event will be held from 16-18 May at the DKVD Conference Centre and is open to anyone looking for a learning opportunity, from business professionals to the general public including students. The DKV Training Open Week will include 20 workshops and seminars focusing on diverse segments such as HR, marketing, sales, project management, strategy, leadership and personal development.
DKV's business partners including some of the world's most established and respected training and human resource organizations will lead individual sessions at the event. In addition to training workshops, participants will also have opportunities for networking with industry counterparts.
Speaking on 'People Intelligence Movement: The Next Generation of Leadership', Kaufman will reveal how the combination of a new leadership style and organisation awareness is emerging as the secret of successful managers and companies seeking to thrive in today's highly competitive global business landscape.
