Syscom Emirates LLC, a subsidiary of M'sharie, the private equity arm of Dubai Investments PJSC, has announced the launch of Syscom sIPC300, the company's latest addition to its wide range of telecommunication solutions in the Middle East. The Syscom sIPC300 enables business enterprises to simplify their overall communications infrastructure management by acting as a single gateway for voice networks.
The sIPC300 has been packaged to enhance efficiency and productivity of Call Centers as well as small and large-scale business enterprises by incorporating attractive features including Voice Mail, Call Recording, Call Reporting, Conference Rooms, CTI interface, Operator Console and other Internet Protocol (IP) telephony functions on one network platform. The package also includes a user-friendly web-based interface to maintain the system online from any point in the world.
"By utilizing Syscom's new business phone system, Call Centers and other business enterprises have the ability to enhance their communication with their clients since the sIPC300 provides a revolutionary improvement in the analysis of calling patterns of customers and deployment of telephony resources. With such superior call handling capability, customer satisfaction is predicted to dramatically increase," said Yawar Sajjad, General Manager, Syscom Emirates.
"Flexibility and cost-efficiency are huge advantages of using the system as it streamlines internal and external business communication. Phone calls are better handled as the IP-PBX phone system can be managed internally and not by the telephone company, while the calls are transmitted via a data network instead of the traditional telephone network. Entire configuration is done using a PC browser. These features enable all connections and extensions to be controlled and administered by the organization without having to depend on and pay for an external PBX service vendor," Sajjad added.
