The highly popular Masters Football Cup returns to Dubai on April 5 with four of the top UK Masters teams taking part.

Tickets have just gone on sale for the event, which will be held again at the Aviation Club, the venue for last year's sold out tournament.

Last year's winners Liverpool are returning to defend their title and they will face a strong challenge from the current UK champions, Glasgow Rangers. Manchester United and Celtic complete the star-studded four-team line-up.

Top former internationals confirmed for the tournament include Ian Rush and John Barnes, both former Liverpool stars; Lee Sharpe and David May from Manchester United; Mark Walters and Nigel Spackman from Glasgow Rangers and Frank McAvennie (Celtic, West Ham and Aston Villa).

"The players are excited about returning to Dubai, after the great reception they got last year", says Masters Football CEO Steve Black. "They really enjoyed playing in the wonderful atmosphere of the Tennis Stadium," Black said.

Tickets are priced at Dh125 for Grandstand Seats and Dh295 for Premium Seats and are available now at the Tennis Stadium Box Office or on the Ticket Hotline 800 4669.
