Ishraqah appoints Coldwell Banker to exclusively manage property sales for its premier UAE development |

 Ishraqah, a pioneering real estate development company, has appointed Coldwell Banker to exclusively manage the sales and marketing requirements of its new Seasons Community development. The move comes as Ishraqah commences work on its premier AED 1.2 billion residential hamlet being developed in Jumeirah Village South.
The international real estate agency Coldwell Banker has been providing specialised property services for the last one hundred years and currently has more than 4,200 offices worldwide. The company employs more than 112,000 sales associates and specialises in residential real estate and niche markets such as resorts and luxury properties.

Ishraqah’s Seasons Community project is a four cluster residential hamlet, strategically located in Jumeirah and within walking distance of shopping centres, the new metro station and business districts. When complete in December 2008, Seasons Community will provide more than 1500 apartments and town houses in an integrated community that will feature four pools, two fitness centres and retail outlets. The project will offer one-or-two bedroom apartments with an optional garden, in addition to four bedroom town houses.
