Empost, the UAE’s national courier company has recently signed a cooperative agreement with the Jordanian Consulate in Dubai to provide delivery of consular documents, passports and travel documents to the consulate’s clients through Empost’s “Jawaz” service. The agreement was signed by H.E. Naef Al Zaidan, Jordanian Consul in Dubai, and Sultan Al Midfa, CEO Empost.
Jawaz Services is optional and can be requested while submitting Visa applications. Empost has set up counters at the Embassy and the Consulate, to enable clients to avail the service without hassle.
H.E Al Zaidan said:” We are confident this strategic agreement with Empost will cater to the various delivery needs of our clients for return of serviced passports and other consular documents as they do not need to make a second visit to the Consulate or assign a team for the delivery of these documents. We are committed to provide services of the highest quality and our partnership with Empost will further improve our customer services and logistics. We are glad to sign this agreement with Empost, which is considered a reputable organization known for its innovative and quality services.”
“Our partnership with the Jordanian consulate is part of our continuous efforts to widen our client base and provide our services to the largest section of society. It is our priority to enhance the quality of our services and operations to keep pace with the developments the various industries the countries are witnessing.” Said Al Midfa.
In addition to the Jordanian Consulate, Empost has entered into partnerships with the embassies and consulates of US, Syria, Saudi, the Philippines, and Indian to deliver passports and consular documents to their respective clients through the Jawaz service wherever they are in the UAE. Empost is now providing its services to many public and private sectors through its different services.
