Emaar Opens The Address Dubai Marina Hotel |

The Address Dubai Marina has opened its doors for business. The contemporary five-star hotel is located within close proximity to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Knowledge Village, Jebel Ali Free Zone and some of the largest business hubs in the city. It is also easily accessible from Dubai and Abu Dhabi International airports and has direct access to the Dubai Metro.
The hotel has 200 rooms, including 28 suites, all equipped with modern facilities such as flat screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi access, i-pod docking stations, gourmet coffee and tea machines and modern lifestyle amenities.
In addition to the hotel rooms, The Address Dubai Marina also has 442 serviced apartments. Guests reserving club rooms or suites will have exclusive access to the Club Lounge, with complimentary food and beverage served throughout the day, and be able to avail of The Address brand’s signatory, complete 24-hour stay benefit.

The Address Dubai Marina features several lifestyle amenities such as a spa, a large infinity pool, an ultra-modern fitness centre and a Qix Kid’s Club.
For business needs and social events the hotel offers a 900 sq meter expansive ballroom which can accommodate 1,000 guests.
The conference area offers 15 cutting-edge rooms providing the ideal facilities to position it as a premier destination for conferences and social events. Supported by modern technology, the meeting rooms maximise the waterfront location advantage with private balconies.
The hotel’s restaurants and lounges include the signature restaurant Rive Gauche, a modern interpretation of a French brasserie; Shades, an outdoor poolside restaurant and terrace; Mazina, the culinary powerhouse with live action buffets offering a diverse range of cuisines; the chic lobby lounge Kambaa; and the unique nightspot, Blends, set to become a new social hotspot of Dubai Marina.
