DUBAI — Preparations are in full swing for the 12th World Routes Development Forum, hosted by the Dubai International Airport at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre rom September 17 to 19.
The event is being held under the patronage of Shaikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) and Chairman of Emirates Group.
Considered to be the world’s leading airport-airlines networking event, it will be a venue for 2,500 participants from 603 airports and 233 airlines.
“Middle East’s civil aviation sector is among the world’s top two in terms of growth, and with Dubai handling a considerable portion of all passenger, aircraft and cargo movement in the region, it is only expected that a prestigious event like Routes should come to Dubai,” said Anita Mehra Homayoun, Director, Marketing and Corporate Communication Directorate at DCA. |
