Dubai Properties continued to highlight its presence internationally with a successful showcasing of its groundbreaking projects at MIPIM 2007, the world’s largest property event which took place in Cannes, France.
The highlight of the exhibition was Dubai Properties’ unique community development, Culture Village, which celebrates international culture and arts, while preserving the heritage of the UAE.
The Dubai Properties’ stand at MIPIM received a steady stream of international investors and European buyers, exploring investment opportunities in Dubai. Mr Mah Bow Tan, Minister for National Development, Singapore, also visited the Dubai Properties pavilion and took a keen interest in master developer’s projects, particularly, Culture Village.
Fahad Al Gergawi, Director of International Business Development, Dubai Properties, said: “Through our participation in MIPIM in the previous years, we have noticed a trend towards commercial investments in the region, particularly in the booming economy of the UAE. The confidence of international investors in our projects is a sign that we are on the right track, offering what investors are looking for.”
Dubai Properties’ international business development department has been strategically promoting the company’s variety of master developments, including Business Bay, The Villa, Jumeirah Beach Residence and the Tijara Town.
In addition to having a prominent stand at the exhibition, Dubai Properties is also sponsoring the VIP and End-users Lounge.
MIPIM 2007 is the biggest property and real estate retail show in Europe, attracting investors from all over the world. It brings together key industry decision-makers from around the world, allowing them to establish long-lasting relations, to present new projects and to lay the foundations for fruitful collaboration.
