Djokovic victorious in Dubai tennis opener |

Defending champion Novak Djokovic beat Guillermo Garcia-Lopez of Spain 6-4, 6-4 in the first round of the Dubai Tennis Championships on Monday.
The second-seeded Serb broke twice in the first set and three times in the set.
Top-ranked Roger Federer pulled out of the tournament on Sunday because of a lung infection.
Djokovic, Andy Murray, Nikolay Davydenko, Jo-Wilfred Tsonga and Marin Cilic are the top 10 ranked players in the field.
Murray plays Igor Kunitsyn of Russia later Monday.
