Dubai Holding agreed to acquire Maltacom Plc from Government of Malta |

Dubai Holding acquired a 60% majority stake in Maltacom Plc, through its subsidiaries Tecom Investments and Dubai Investment Group LLC, for approximately MTL92.8 million (US$272.2 million). Maltacom Plc provides telecommunications and related services in Malta. The acquisition will enable Tecom Investments and Dubai Investment Group LLC to expand in Malta.
The financial advisors in the deal include: UBS Investment Bank Ltd for Dubai Investment Group LLC, UBS Investment Bank Ltd for Tecom Investments. |
