Trident to build Smart Homes in Dubai |

Leading Real Estate Development Company, Trident International Holdings (TIH) will be building Smart Homes emphasizing on technology support to enable its luxury residential propositions. Trident has partnered to provide state-of-the-art technology and home automation solutions at all their projects.
Trident has plans for four freehold luxurious residential projects at the exclusive Dubai Marina. The Waterfront is a boutique 20-story tower that is nearing completion. The second project is the twin tower Marinascape comprising of two grand residential towers, the 35 storey 'Oceanic' and the 25 storey 'Avant' towers, cumulatively comprising of over 200 waterfront condominiums along with Marina Homes. Bayside Residence is the third project that shoots up 22 floors, while Trident Grand Residence is the latest 45 story project comprising of 253 magnificent condominiums & luxury penthouses.

SimonsVoss Technologies AG will secure Trident Grand Residence with transponder based digital locking, the first of its kind in the UAE.

Moreover the system will also be web-enabled for remote access and compatible for possible integrations with a variety of devices and applications. In case of any breakdowns such as power outage, fire or smoke, the 3G Smart Home is programmed to send SMS alerts on mobile phones.
