Dubai launches first racing club hosted Weblog |

The Dubai Racing Club has once again broken new ground by becoming the first racing club in the world to host its own Weblog.
Weblogs, or ‘blogs’ as they have become known, are quickly becoming the modern day voice of the internet. A blog can be simplified in definition as a website which focuses on a specific topic or series of events.
Throughout the Dubai International Racing Carnival, which began at Nad Al Sheba Racecourse on January 19th and culminates with the world’s richest racemeeting – the Dubai World Cup on March 25th, the Dubai Racing Club blog will be the one-stop site to get all the real time news on the Carnival.
A full-time team of writers from around the world will regularly share their views with readers of the blog; there will also be interviews from the Carnival’s major players and behind the scenes reports.
If you have missed any of the Carnival races, the blog will link you to the Dubai Racing Club website where you will be able to watch or listen to the video and audio replays.
A number of guest writers, all renowned experts in the field of international horse racing, will from time to time be offering their thoughts. Readers will be able to interact with the blog and post their comments about the articles and ask questions to all of the writers.
Frank Gabriel Jr., CEO of the Dubai Racing Club, said, “This is yet another ground breaking moment for international racing, the Dubai Racing Club blog will allow racing fans from around the world the chance to interact and be part of the Dubai International Racing Carnival.
