In 2010, My 30Minutes launched an effective and innovative personal fitness-training concept. The very first branch was established in Wuppertal, Germany. This innovative and holistic concept is based on electro muscular stimulation has been embraced by their clients ever since. Their services involve individual consultation, all their Personal Fitness Training packages include a complimentary consultation (health/medical assessment, body composition test, nutritional guidelines).
Anamnesis, the fitness assessment begins by completing a medical history questionnaire that gives the overall health and wellness. It defines individual training goals and determines personal health and fitness goals it is one of the most important steps towards success. All training programs are specifically designed to cater to individual needs and goals. The trainers design an individual training session plan.
The reputed centre is set in a cosy villa in Al Bada’a and also at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. Each workout is about 30 minutes of a series of movements while being connected to an electrical current that’s supposed to engage 98% of muscle fibres.
Clients are welcomed by an enthusiastic staff member who help everyone understand the process. Then everyone has to wear a special body suit and the workout is called Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS). It involves a body suit that sends electric pulses to your muscles causing them to contract. During the workout, trainers help and instruct clients to focus on breathing and ensure everyone has the correct posture. The trial session also comes with a body composition test and diet plan that’s catered to each individual’s needs.
