Decorated with Swarovski crystals, Junsui is has a sophisticated dining room and also offers cocktail lounge that proposes an opulent setting for an outstanding flavoursome culinary journey.
The 12 live cooking stations allow guests to witness each masterpiece come to life before it is served at the table. A talented team of 45 chefs get busy cooking up mouth-watering creations from an assortment of selections with only the finest ingredients.
Guests can come and watch the creation at the ground mezzanine floor of the magnificent Burj Al Arab.
Guests can order specialties at Junsui such as – Cap Chae (Korean Glass Noodles) from the Korean Live Station and also the Japanese Live Station offers a selection of delicious Sushi and Sashimi Teppanyaki. Taste Indonesian food at the live station and enjoy Beef Rendang. Thai live station offers Stir Fried Pad Thai Noodles also Chinese Live Station serving Crispy Peking Duck with Hoisin Sauce and Pancake and Pull Noodles in Action.
