Branches of Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department
Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department have several branches allover the Dubai. Different branches Perform different transactions.

DNATA office
DNATA office is located in main Dnata Centre in Diera Office time is 7.30 am to 2.30 pm.

All the transactions of establishment card section, naturalization and passport section and entry permit for those who staid outside the country for more than 6 months are nor performed in this office.

Following transaction are performed in this office-
Entry Permits

• Issue and extend visit visa.
• Issue residence entry permit.
• Issue employment visa for servants.
• Issue employment visa for employees working in governmental institutions, private companies, partners and investors.

(The office doesn't issue tourist, mission and multiple entry permits.)

Residency

• Issue residence.
• Renew residence.
• Separate residence.

Sponsorship transfer
All types of sponsorship transfer (servants, families, governmental institutions, partner and investor).

Investigation and Control

• Absconding statements.
• Cancel residence (inside and outside the country).
• Change status.
• Fines for violators.
• Exit permits.

Hatta office
Hatta office locates next to Municipality office in Hatta near Hisn Hatta Hotel. working hours of this branches is 7.30 am to 8.00 pm.

All the transactions of establishment card section, naturalization investigation transactions and eGate card are not performed in this office.

Jebel Ali Office
This office is located in Jebel Ali Port. All the transactions of establishment card section and naturalization & passport section are not performed in this branches.
