Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department have several branches allover the Dubai. Different branches Perform different transactions.

Abu Hail office
Abu Hail office is located next to the gate of Nakhlat Deera near Al Hamria Port. This office is open from 7.30 am to 2.30 pm.
This branch perform following transactions as-

Entry Permits

• Issue and extend visit visa.
• Issue residence entry permit.
• Issue employment visa for servants.

Residency:

• Issue residence.
• Renew residence.
• Separate residence.

Sponsorship transfer
All types of sponsorship transfer ( servants, families, governmental institutions, partner and investor).

Investigation and Control

• Absconding statements.
• Cancel residence (inside and outside the country).
• Change status.
• Fines for violators.
• Exit permits.

eGate card (UAE Gate)

• Administrative affairs section:
• Issue entry permits for those who staid outside the country more than 6 months.

Ben Sugate office
Ben Sugate office is located in Ben Sugate Centre in Rashdeya next to Rashdeya big mosque. This office is open from 7.30 am to 2.30 pm.

All the transactions of establishment card section, naturalization and passport section and entry permit for those who staid outside the country for more than 6 months are not performed in this office.

This branch perform following Transactions-
Entry Permits

• Issue and extend visit visa (personal and companies sponsorship).
• Issue residence entry permit.
• Issue employment visa for servants.
• Issue employment visa for employees working in governmental institutions, private companies, partners and investors.

(The office doesn't issue tourist, mission and multiple entry permits. Payment of deposit for servants to resident and deposit for partner not possible in the office.)

• Issue residence.
• Renew residence.
• Separate residence.
