Branches of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry
There are four branches of DCCI. Its main office is in the building of DCCI. Its other 3 branches are Jebel Ali Office, Al Awir Office and Airport Office.

Working hours of DCCI are 7:30am to 3:30pm from Saturday to Wednesday and 8:00am to 1pm on Thursday.

DCCI provides general services and email services. General services consist of Commercial services, Business development and promotion services, Data Management and Research services, Publications and Reports and Training and Development Services

Commercial Services
Commercial services provide the online commercial and industry directory. It also provides the legal services. DCCI provides the high quality legal services to business specifically for legal queries and settlement of commercial disputes through Mediation.

Data Management and Research Services
It provides the research reports and statistics which are useful for business community. Library of DCCI was established in 1965 when Chamber was established with the aim for providing necessary information for Dubai Business Community. Various enhancements are done in library time to time after its establishment.

Business Development and Promotion Services
DCCI create its new strategy by establishing business groups. Each business group represents specified economic sectors and activating contacts with members of Chamber in addition following up their affairs, study their proposals and recommendations pertaining to organizing and developing their sector affairs. DCCI also acts as a chain link between them and official bodies and competent authorities within the border of the Country or abroad.

DCCI also developed Business Councils which follow up its activities to achieve its targets that is developing its members business in the commercial, vocational, administrative and services fields in addition to consolidating acquaintance between them and the businessmen in the Country. Twenty business councils were formed in Dubai.

DCCI supports the activities of the business community in Dubai by providing them with the best services that help enhance and upgrade their businesses. It also provides the up to date news about the world economic changes and through its well-established international network and also provides the local business community with all needed information to open new markets in various countries.

Training and Development Services
There are various training programs are conducted by DCCI through a qualified training professionals that touch core business areas and expose you to innovative ideas.
