Top-class builders from across India plan to showcase their offerings at the eagerly awaited Indian Property Show at Dubai's Airport Expo beginning May 17, 2007.
Indian Property Show organised by Sumansa Events, the original three-day exhibition has been extended to four days (33 per cent increase ) because of the recent change in weekly holidays by the Govt. of UAE. The bonus day has been appreciated by builders who have been seeking premium locations within the gargantuan 124,800 sqft venue.
The Indian Property Show 2007 is the Largest and Most Diverse exhibition of exclusively Indian Property EVER.

Over 300 exhibitors representing property developments in India's metros, second-tier cities and burgeoning towns, as well as businesses related to the real estate sector, such as letting agents, lawyers, and 'vaastu' consultants are participating in the mega event.
In addition, the show aims at building awareness among the large number of NRIs (non-resident Indians) in the UAE, estimated to be over 1.4 million, of the tremendous potential for investment in the Indian real estate sector. Organizers have sent out invitations to High Networth Individuals (HNIs) and Institutional Investors from across the UAE to visit the exhibition and explore possibilities of joint ventures with indian builders.
Indian Property Show will be held on 17th May to 19th May, 2007 at Airport Expo Dubai, East Hall.
Advocates specializing in property-related matters and chosen from each of the States will assist the visitors on legal matters. The builders are expected to bring in the original papers with them in order to clear the doubts of visitors.
