Al Wasl Al Wasl Sports ClubFootball Club (Arabic: نادي الوصل لكرة القدم‎‎) is a United Arab Emirates Football League club set up in Dubai. This club is a part of the multi-sports club Al Wasl Sports Club.

Former Argentine national team player and manager Diego Maradona was the manager of the club. HH Sheikh Ahmad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, is Al Wasl Sports and Cultural club president. He learned about the passion and love of Waslawee fans for Al Wasl, infact he’s what Al Wasl stands for. His name is associated to Al Wasl in a big way since Al Wasl was formally known as Al Zamalik were he began his journey as a player, to a leader and strong supporter till date. Al Al Wasl Sports ClubWasl FC is the football department of Al-Wasl Sports Club in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

The main stadium for the club is Wasl Club Stadium with a capacity of 18,000 spectators. The club offers for the Dubai-area a total range of sports, including football, handball, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, athletics, swimming and tennis. Al Wasl Club was founded in 1960, this Ground Zabeel Stadium in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Al Wasl Sports Club (Arabic: نادي الوصل‎‎) is a multi-sports club in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. It is best known for its football team. Al Wasl Sports ClubThe club has won seven times the UAE League and the cup twice and especially gained fame when football legend Diego Maradona committed himself as coach for the 2011-2012 season. Today Maradona is presently still active as a consultant to the club.

Al Wasl is acknowledged for their outstanding youth development and invest big to take the academy to a higher level. The team is very proud that at Al Wasl has included Pole Soccer in the training program.
