Al Mahara seafood restaurant is captivating as the huge aquarium, The Oval has all of the dining tables – that are arranged to give the best jaw-dropping views of all marine life including a blacktip reef shark and gigantic humphead wrasse. The specials at Al Mahara serves delicious starters such as poached tsarskaya oysters and Alaskan king crab. Foie gras ravioli that prepared with stewed leeks in vinaigrette, “Jus – Soup” lightly creamed. Main courses include 9+ wagyu beef seared on the “Plancha” and Atlantic wild turbot cooked in vine leaves. Heavenly desserts includes Black Forest Vacherin that is prepared with morello cherry compote and sorbet chocolate crémeux, meringue and kirsch chantilly.
