Description: Al Dahleez is an eatery far removed from the hotel scene, which serves local fare. The place gives a feel of the Barjeel houses of the past, as you take in the familiar aroma of shisha. There are two buffets – one traditional/Arabic and one international. Iranian rice and shrimp Provencal are not to be missed. Mix and match the two buffets at no extra cost. Ten types of Arabic sweets on offer along with fresh fruits. If you come on the weekend, you get to enjoy Mansaf i,e the national dish of Jordan – lamb on pizza-style flatbread cooked in a dried yogurt sauce and topped with Moorish Arabic rice.
